A unique plate-type structural composite paint formulation that aligns itself to the surface it protects, forming a protective wall unaffected by high temperatures — chemically inert, impervious to moisture, opaque to ultra violet rays and resistant to salt.
The ZEPEE Boiler Paint Coating range is built around a plate-type structural composite that aligns itself to the substrate to form a continuous protective wall. The system spans ZEPEE HR 414, a two pack lustre aluminium paint, and ZEPEE HR 468 and ZEPEE HR 477, single pack silicon based paints — covering constant working temperatures from 220°C up to 650°C for boiler body parts, with high flash points and heat resistance in the 250–650°C range.
Choose the ZEPEE Boiler Paint Coating that matches your operating temperature — from a 220°C two pack aluminium finish to single pack silicon based paints rated up to 650°C, some of which may require post-cure.
